Ssi Vs Ssa SSI Vs SSD? Disabled At Age 18?

SSI vs SSD? disabled at age 18? - ssi vs ssa

My wife is regarded as "disabled" at age 18. Since the "rules" for social security disability, do not consider it qualifies, because he could not work long enough to be "required credits" to help. It is for SSI, but will, as based on household income, they missed the target by a few dollars per month. Is it possible by his inability to Social Security, without having obtained prior to the job? see how we are screwed, because if they do not (a way to get back to work on being able to afford in this economy), then it is no longer "disabled" and is hampered in 5 years, then apply to work as " "again ..... or is there another way?

Sorry but you are one of those people caught in this network. This is commonly called the marriage penalty from the SSI and why so many people do not get married and live on SSI only together.

If it can be very close to the SSDI award "buy" claims of up to 5 liters of SSDI. I do not know what the current price - and OT is very difficult to find the information on this website in Social Security - is a closely guarded secret. Totally legit though.

The best choice for the SSI is eligible if reducing your income.

Your best is best for SSDI work for them until they earn enough credits to return.

ETA: If your child is seeing a cardiologist in May to make a profit for him - SSI.

Qualify for SSD, it would be money entered into the system. As has none, they do not qualify, and rightly so. The money must come from somewhere.

If it qualify for five years of work, then it is not disabled because they can work.

That sounds starnge, but there is a possibility that household income for a few dollars per month for SSI cut right to the head, lower your salary?

if your wife can work for 5 years, then it is disabled. If you can not live on the money to back their costs.

Unfortunately, I found this person. We are in the same situation. My husband was the father stays at home and not have enough credits to qualify DSS and, in fact, too much for him to SSI. We did not find a way and that for 3 years. The only way we have been able to understand in order to qualify for SSD, back at work for something 5 years. There is a school bus driver, or work for a company like Convergys to do telemarketing. There are few jobs that let you work on your computer at home. Unfortunately, if you are on the job, lose their disability. So we are in the middle without help all.SSD captured is for people who have worked for a certain period. If you do not, you may not have time.
